SNIP1 published a study by the GZhA.rf real estate agency: the most affordable apartment for sale in Phuket in September 2026 is offered for 3.03 million roubles. It is a two-room, 30 sq. m apartment on the resale market in the Ratsada area. A year earlier the lower bound of the asking price was 4.42 million roubles.
The number of properties priced up to 10 million roubles grew from 28 to 47, while the total number of listings fell from 566 to 144. The share of offers up to 10 million roubles rose from 4.9% to 32.6%.
