From Novosibirsk to an international group
In 2007 Alexey Kotlov founded the Mortgage Programs Centre in Novosibirsk. It started with a 20 m² office and experience in complex transactions: to help one family move, several sales and purchases sometimes had to be linked together. That is where our approach comes from — we look at the client's whole task.

Can I start if I have not chosen a city yet?
Yes. Tell us how you plan to use the property and what matters most to you: work, family, holidays or investment. We will discuss destinations and how to compare them.
How do I know whether a property is still available?
Send us the link or the listing number. Before the next step we confirm availability, price, condition and the current terms for that property.
What happens after the first conversation?
We refine your request, discuss suitable options and agree on the next step. If you need another city, we bring in a colleague from that destination and pass on the agreed criteria.
