GZhA was founded in 2007, and the gjacip.ru website appeared in 2010. We have collected one snapshot of the site for each year to show how we grew together with you: from one city and four sections to Thailand, Turkey and Singapore.

On the website of the early years its full name read: “City Housing Agency Mortgage Programs Centre”, or GZhA TsIP for short.

The gjacip.ru website appears

The archive has no snapshots from 2010. The earliest snapshot: February 2011The company had been operating since 2007, and on 29 March 2010 it got its own internet address: gjacip.ru.
In the earliest saved snapshot, from February 2011, the bottom of the page says “© 2010 GZhA TsIP”, so that is when the site went live.

“GZhA TsIP, real estate integrator”
A white site with a red logo and a panorama in the header: the Novosibirsk opera house next to the Moscow Kremlin.
Four main sections: Mortgage, Apartments, New Developments, Legal Services. The home page shows fresh apartment listings by Novosibirsk district.
A free 8-800 number for calls from all over Russia, the head office on Vokzalnaya Magistral and 6 more offices in the city. There was also a “Mortgage Q&A” section where specialists answered people right on the site.

Mortgage and apartment in one service
The home page got the heading “Mortgages and apartments in Novosibirsk”: the site states plainly that mortgages and home buying were combined into one service, from the loan application to registration of ownership.
Tabs for Apartments, Land, Houses, Rent, Commercial appeared, along with the “About us on TV” and “Company life” blocks.
By autumn the contacts listed 1 Truda Square and 9 more offices in Novosibirsk.
- 2013
The first step abroad: Pattaya
The header was redesigned: large phone numbers, search, a full-width red menu.
A new menu item appeared: “Apartments in Pattaya”. This is the first mention of Thailand on the site's home page.
Other new features: a “Request to a realtor” form (buy, sell, rent, let) and a banner “Ask realtors for their ID!”.
- 2014
A new logo and “Mortgage in 3D”
The logo was updated, with the caption “With you for more than 7 years” under it.
On the home page there is a “Mortgage in 3D” banner, with pinned “Request a call” and “Leave a request” buttons on the side.
New sections: “Mortgage with a bad credit history”, “Discounts from partner banks”, “Our partners”.
- 2015
“With you for more than 8 years”
The 2014 design stayed, and the caption under the logo became “With you for more than 8 years”. The page background now has a light pattern of little houses.
A services “Price list” appeared in the menu, a “Property search” block on the right, and the news has a lot about state mortgage support and falling rates.
- 2016
Novosibirsk, Pattaya, Saint Petersburg
Open the 2016 snapshot in the archiveThe site moved to a new template and for the first time adapted to phone screens. The logo gained the words “Siberian company with an international name” and “With you for more than 9 years”.
A city selector appeared in the header: Novosibirsk, Pattaya, Saint Petersburg. The Pattaya section grew: rent, let, buy, sell and even “Mortgage in Pattaya”.
A new “Investments” section (turnkey business, commercial mortgage). In the news of 31 August: “The GZhA TsIP group of companies opened a branch in Saint Petersburg”. The site collects TV stories featuring the company on Rossiya-1 and Rossiya-24.
- 2017
«Siberian Company with international name»
The caption under the logo is now in English: “Siberian Company with international name”.
A grey bar at the top: “Request a call”, “Leave a request”, “Vacancies” and the city selector. Under the header, a property search with filters by district, rooms and price.
The motto on the home page: “We don't work for everyone, we work for each one”. The menu already has “Apartments in Saint Petersburg”, and the video section has the series “Meet GZhA TsIP”.
- 2018
GZhA.rf: a Siberian company with an international name
A major redesign. The site is called “GZhA.rf” with the subtitle “Siberian company with an international name”.
The first screen shows Novosibirsk at night and property search, a dark menu, and the company's trophies in the header.
The city selector already includes Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Dubai, Alanya and Phuket. A “Staff” section appeared, and “Vacancies” and “About us on TV” moved to the main menu.
- 2019
The red row of cities
A red row of cities appeared under the header: Novosibirsk, Pattaya, Saint Petersburg, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Dubai, Alanya, Phuket, Toronto, Moscow.
A section “About us in the media” was added, and a link to the privacy policy appeared next to the request forms.

Singapore and Neryungri
Open the 2020 snapshot in the archiveThe 2019 design stayed. Singapore and Neryungri were added to the list of cities, 12 in total.
Among the countries in the property search there was even Bulgaria.
- 2021
Choose the city
Open the 2021 snapshot in the archiveThe city selector became bilingual: “Выберите город” and “Choose the city”.
New cities: Bangkok, Antalya, Berdsk, Tyumen. “Video reviews” and a “Write to us” button for messenger contact appeared.
- 2022
A new design and company values
The site got a new modern design. The main question on the first screen: “We will find an apartment that meets your requirements”.
On the home page there is a “Core values” block: reliability, stability, openness, care for clients, fair competition, continuous development. And the line “On the real estate and mortgage lending market since 2007”.
New sections: “Development”, “Promotions”, “Partners”, “Photo gallery”, an EN switch. The list has 19 cities, among the new ones Sochi, Simferopol and Blagoveshchensk.
- 2023
Thailand in close-up
Open the 2023 snapshot in the archiveA “Development in Thailand” block appeared on the home page: residential buildings, offices, schools and other CMP development projects.
Next to it, “CMP realty client reviews” and investment formats: Business 7S, 3D invest, 4D invest, with Pattaya and Phuket separately. Phangan was added to the list of cities.

Contact via messengers
Open the 2024 snapshot in the archiveThe same design. In the “Contact us” block, a Thai number marked “all messengers” appeared next to the free 8-800 number.
- 2025
Pattaya on the home page
Open the 2025 snapshot in the archiveThe “Special offers” on the home page now show apartments in Pattaya with prices in Thai baht.
A “Cottages, houses, villas” property type appeared in the search, and the city choice in the search starts with Novosibirsk, Pattaya, Bangkok and Phuket.

The site today
A summer 2026 snapshot: the 2022 template, but a new picture on the first screen and a round messenger button in the header. The list has 20 cities, and at the bottom “© 2007-2026”.
The site is 16 years old, the company 19. We are writing the next chapter right now: making the site lighter and faster so that it is convenient to use from any phone.
