The SNIP1 portal published data from the GZhA.rf real estate agency on Krasnodar Territory residents’ interest in buying housing in Thailand from 14 August to 14 September 2026. Phuket’s share of total interest in housing was 17.4%, Pattaya’s 2.2%.
In the apartment segment the gap almost disappears: 8.6% for Phuket and 8% for Pattaya. Bangkok remains a niche destination: 0.5% when choosing an apartment.
