On 24 September 2026 Komsomolskaya Pravda (Kuban) published a ranking of overseas destinations among Krasnodar Territory residents based on data from Alexey Kotlov, CEO of the GZhA.rf real estate agency. From 14 August to 14 September 2026 Belarus accounted for 24.1% of interest in overseas property, Turkey took second place (17.8%) and Armenia third (12.1%). They were followed by Serbia (10.4%), Abkhazia (10%), Georgia (9%), Thailand (8.4%) and Kazakhstan (8.3%).
Among cities, the publication highlighted Batumi (40.5% of interest within the top three), Dubai (32%) and Tbilisi (27.5%).

According to Alexey Kotlov, the ranking shows the wide geography of Krasnodar Territory residents’ interest. Turkey remains one of the main overseas destinations, but first place is held by Belarus, and the top five also includes Armenia, Serbia and Abkhazia.
