Bangkok, 8 October 2026. CMP Group has been named The Best Agent in Overseas Property Sales at the Thailand Real Estate Agent Awards 2026. The winners were announced at an evening ceremony at Park Hyatt Bangkok, where more than 300 guests from across the country gathered to celebrate the agents and agencies who help people buy, sell and invest with confidence.
This was the second edition of the awards. They are organised by Dot Property Group in collaboration with the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association (TREBA), which took part in selecting the winners. More than 30 agencies from all over Thailand were recognised this year, and the full list of winners was published on 9 October.
Why this award matters to our clients
The category celebrates the agency that does the most for people buying property in another country. For our clients that means very practical things: honest advice before the purchase, carefully checked developers, clear payment plans and support long after the keys are handed over. A track record of recognition
