The Cruise Collection, whose architecture was designed by architect Jenk Dogan, is located on a plot of 10,720 m2.
The 12-storey building with a length of 195 m, inspired by the cruise liner of which it is the creator, is nominated for the title of the best project in the region due to its unusual architecture.
In the project, which includes 174 apartments, including 1 office, 1+1 - 87 m2, 2+1 - from 110 to 145 m2 and 3+1 - from 163 to 186 m2. All apartments are located on the south side, and all of them have sea views.

While we are feeling the effects of global warming and climate change more and more every day, we are applying the philosophy of sustainable development in our project and using renewable energy systems in social institutions.
