Kalkan, the region in which our holiday villa is located, is the Kalkan area of ​​Kas, which is considered the center of holiday tourism. The area is a small cozy place to stay, which has been welcoming tourists for many years. Kalkan is the center of the region both in terms of general needs and entertainment facilities.

Check-in time - Check-out time

Entrance time to the villa is 16.00 on the day of arrival. You can check in earlier for villas that were cleaned earlier or for villas that were empty the previous day. Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of departure.General villa cleaning, laundry and linen changes, weekly garden maintenance and weekly pool maintenance are provided between check-out and check-in hours. For villas that are not suitable for entry before 4 pm, permission can be obtained from the villa owner's cleaning team to leave their belongings, or their belongings can be left at the rental villa's office.

Cleaning and maintenance

Our rental villa is meticulously cleaned and handed over to our valued clients. Villas are cleaned once a week. If you have a request for additional cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. is done by our villa maintenance staff or by the villa owner at an additional cost. However, in some of our villas for less than a week, in others for 5 nights or less, villa owners require an additional cleaning fee, which depends on the number of rooms in the villa.

Damage deposit

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakdowns, spills, losses, etc. that may occur during your stay. A security deposit of 500 TL is required upon entry (this fee varies by villa) and if there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refundable.

Internet

We have a wireless modem in our villa. From time to time, interruptions are possible due to reasons related to the Internet infrastructure of the region. When using the Internet, there is no problem accessing platforms such as email, social media accounts, newspapers, and news sites.However, due to the aforementioned reasons, problems such as watching movies and videos and downloading files can sometimes occur.

Main notes

Our villas, which are located in nature in the region, use common pesticides and pesticides. But still butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There are cases of damage to the species by pests.
In our protected (conservative) villas, the necessary measures are taken to ensure that prying eyes do not see the pool area. However, for uncontrollable reasons, 100% visibility can never be guaranteed.
Some of our villas are located on very steep mountain slopes. Mountain roads and stabilized (dirt) roads are used to reach these villas. In addition, you can meet the surprises of nature (flies, insects, bees, etc.) in our villas located outside the center and in the village.


Daily pool maintenance

The pools are checked by maintenance staff every morning from 06:00 to 08:00 to ensure that guests do not experience any health problems caused by the pool. During these hours, the daily maintenance of the pool is completed, garden irrigation and garbage collection services are offered. In our Heated Indoor Pool Villas, the pool is cleaned by an automatic chlorination system.
